We accept orders on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and accepted.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched next day if received before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), except Sundays. Orders are sent by DHL/TNT and are delivered within 6-9 days.

Delay in shipping

We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over one week. If incorrect or defective merchandise is received, we will reship the merchandise.

Refund

You have the right to claim for refund if you are not satisfied with our product, there is no need of sending empty bottles. Just send email for refund. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges. No hidden terms and conditions.
